Employer Hiring Options
Direct Hire

MedMatch identifies and refers professional candidates that have been qualified, credentialed, interviewed and tested.  This allows our clients the opportunity to select the candidate that best fits their needs.  The cost of this service is based on a flat fee that is invoiced at the time of hire.  Typically, our fees are 14-20% of the 1st year salary. Several payment options are available.  Fee only for successful placement –not the search.

Temp To Hire

There are two programs to choose from.  If a client decides to hire a MedMatch temp at any time after they have begun their assignment, the direct hire fee applies.  This fee will be waived if the employee has worked 1000 or more hours for the client.  If the client chooses to hire the temp employee before the 1000 hours have been worked, then the fee will be prorated based on the number of hours worked.  For example, if they have worked 500 hours the direct hire fee is ½ the full fee.

Temporary Staffing

MedMatch provides medical and medical/clerical professionals for all of the staffing needs of a medical office, clinic or facility.  The candidate is a MedMatch employee and MedMatch assumes all liability including hourly pay, payroll taxes, insurances and benefits. If the temporary employee doesn’t meet the client’s expectations, MedMatch will replace them so that we may find the perfect match for your facility.  No additional fees apply.

Retainer Search Agreement

For an affordable low monthly fee, MedMatch will recruit any medical professional in your practice or setting including all clerical and clinical professionals.  An especially significant savings if your facility is replacing two or more employees per year.  Turnover of personnel costs you money and effects your bottom line.  The Retainer Search Agreement saves you money by eliminating advertising costs and time spent by your current staff in interviewing and screening candidates.  By replacing employees faster, it will decrease the time the position is vacant.
